Older Americans Act Services

 

Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (JAAA) announces that it will release multiple Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on or about February 3, 2026, for services funded under the Older Americans Act (OAA). These procurements support the delivery of essential nutrition and transportation services to adults age 60 and older within JAAA’s planning and service area.

The anticipated RFPs include:

• OAA Title III-C-1 Congregate Nutrition Services

• OAA Title III-C-2 Home Delivered Meals

• OAA Title III-B Transportation Services

• OAA Title III-E Transportation Services

 

Through this procurement process, JAAA seeks qualified providers with the capacity, experience, and organizational infrastructure to deliver high-quality, compliant services in accordance with the Older Americans Act, Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) requirements, and JAAA policies.

 

Complete RFP documents, including submission instructions and deadlines, will be available beginning on or about February 3, 2026.
