SENIORCISE
This is a great low intensity workout that will improve
strength, flexibility, muscle endurance, balance and posture.
Uses a variety of techniques including light weights and
tubing. Experienced instructor, who holds a degree in Health
and Fitness, works out with class participants. Class fee
is per class.
